Robin Raybuck has a passion for helping people achieve their career goals.
She has extensive experience in career management and corporate outplacement. Robin started Robin Raybuck & Associates, a Career Management Firm in 1994. Before she started her own business, Robin was a Partner of EnterChange (now Spherion) for seven years where she specialized in the delivery of individual and group outplacement programs at all levels. Prior to EnterChange, she was on the consulting staff of the Cleveland office of DBM for four years.
Robin began her outplacement career in 1983 when she managed a Career Center for 2000 laid off steel workers at U.S. Steel where she worked with executives as well as technical and hourly employees. In addition, she served as Placement Officer at Cleveland State University for six years where she provided career counseling and placement services to students and alumni. Robin continues to lecture on job search topics at Cleveland State.
Robin is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer at professional association meetings throughout the state of Ohio. She has authored several articles, which have appeared in journals and newspapers on career related topics.
Robin completed her Bachelors Degree at Otterbein College and Masters Degree and some doctoral work in Administration and Counseling at Case Western Reserve University. Robin is a licensed career counselor and International Fellow in the Career Management Association.
Robin is a current member of the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (speaker at the state conference), Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society. Robin is a board member for a small business. In her spare time, Robin and her husband, Don, of 38 years, enjoy traveling, community involvement and playing with their young grandchildren.
