Nickie is a Senior Human Resources Consultant who has spent her career developing HR teams and advising senior leaders to create and sustain organizational effectiveness.

Nickie’s areas of expertise include HR infrastructure, strategy and service delivery, organizational development and analysis, and full cycle talent management.

Prior to becoming an HR consultant Nickie served in HR leadership roles in financial services, insurance, and manufacturing. The transition was both the fulfilment of a dream and part of a natural progression of her career. Nickie provides HR consulting services for publicly traded, privately held, and private equity portfolio companies across a variety of industries, as well as non-profit organizations.

Nickie forms consultative business partnerships to support and facilitate organizational effectiveness through the attraction, acquisition, development, and retention of talent. She engages business leaders, support partners, and shared services teams to assess needs, design solutions, scope and manage projects, and implement change. Building the HR function for a growing organization or supplementing an existing HR team to enhance their capabilities fuels Nickie’s passion for helping individuals and teams be the best they can be.

Professional Development

A lifelong learner, Nickie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin Wallace University, and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development & Analysis from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She maintains SPHR and SHRM-SCP professional certifications, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and HR Leadership Group of Northeast Ohio.
