Alicia is a graduate of The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.  After receiving her degree from U of M, she completed her Master of Labor and Industrial Relations degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing. She is known for her strong organizational, leadership, negotiation and human resources skills.

Professional Development

Alicia completed Michigan State University’s Human Resources Specialist Class offered through their Executive Education Program.  After successfully completing the exam, Alicia has become a Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRS).  Alicia is currently a member of the local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
