Brittany, SHRM-SCP, is a former HR executive with over a decade of senior level experience.

Brittany is a senior consultant at Your Partner in HR and founder of The DREMR Co. LLC, a management consulting practice founded to help organizations put people at the core of their success. Over the last decade, she has had an accelerated career path that has allowed her to make an impact regionally, nationally, and globally. Brittany is both a trusted human resources advisor and savvy business professional. As a practitioner and company executive, her focus has been to implement systemic changes to unleash potential and improve bottom line performance.

She is a global HR practitioner, having spent time abroad with A. Schulman, responsible for supporting globalization of performance management and compensation programs, HRIS implementation, and global HR compliance. As Senior Manager, Human Resources at Omnova Solutions (now Synthonomer), she conducted an organizational redesign to enhance and maximize global IT service delivery. Brittany developed HR strategies and programs that transformed the HR function from back office to business partner as Director of Human Resources at 1 EDI Source, Inc. and as Vice President of Human Resources at The Millcraft Paper Company. In both organizations, she implemented total rewards and talent management practices that improved profitability, reduced turnover, and ultimately earned her respective organization’s recognition locally and nationally as a top workplace.

Professional Development

A northeast Ohio native and graduate of The University of Akron, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management from the College of Business Administration and graduated with honors. Later in her career, she completed her Master’s of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University where she was certified in Appreciative Inquiry and Coaching through Emotional Intelligence. Currently, Brittany is completing a Certificate in Training and Development through Kent State University. However, nothing compares to the learning and growth that comes from being a mother to her two amazing children, who are her greatest joy and at the heart of everything she does.
