Lisa’s background as a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor helps her connect people to resources. Lisa provides sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and matching strong candidates to strong companies. She is deeply passionate working with executives for 6 years providing coaching to help them move forward in their careers. This expertise and experience with job seekers and job seeking organizations provides her with an extensive network that she can tap into at any time. Lisa has published over 200+ articles on career development. She also facilitates a national industry-specific mastermind group of interdisciplinary professionals to strategically plan innovative ways to address problems in dental practices across the United States.

Lisa is passionate about technology and connecting people. This passion has driven her to facilitate trainings and large events for conferences, organizations, and social events to bring people together virtually through gaming and other creative platforms. She is a professional speaker who provides keynote speeches and breakout sessions on communication both locally and nationally. She also founded a company, Discuss Directives, LLC. and facilitates The Girl Party Network for 150+ women, whose mission is to provide business connections, strategic planning and mastermind groups for professional women. Her passion for people and technology has led her to be the team’s Talent Acquisition Specialist using traditional and creative strategies to connect the right people with the right roles.

Professional Development

Lisa earned her Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University of Chicago and received her Bachelor of Science of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University. Lisa is a current member of the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (Cleveland SHRM) and an active member of Toastmasters International helping corporate employees to improve their presentation and leadership skills. She has volunteered at numerous organizations and nonprofits receiving awards for the Outstanding Outreach Volunteer of the Year Award in 2017 for The Gathering Place, Toastmaster of the Year Award in 2014, Distinguished Toastmaster Award in 2014 (of which less than 1% of members worldwide achieve), and District Director Award in 2017. Lisa has also received industry recognition through her dedicated support of the dental industry earning the Top 10 Modern Hygienist Articles Award in 2020 and the Most Important article for Dental Assistants/Front Office Staff Award in 2011.
