Meagan Perkins is a Human Resources Consultant and Project Manager joined the Your Partner In HR (YPHR) team in 2023, bringing extensive expertise in Human Resources, People Management, and Operations. With a strong foundation in customer service and leadership, Meagan has successfully guided businesses in optimizing their HR functions and fostering positive workplace cultures.

Prior to joining YPHR, Meagan built her expertise as a people manager in operations, primarily within the hospitality and small business sectors. With a deep understanding of people management, she is passionate about fostering learning and development. Since joining YPHR, Meagan has expanded her experience by supporting a diverse client base across manufacturing, non-profit, real estate management, restoration and automotive industries.

Meagan is a certified Talent Optimization Consultant with Predictive Index. In this role, Meagan supports companies in hiring and developing their people in the right roles to help successfully align their business strategies with their people strategies to achieve results. Professional Development

Meagan studied at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Foodservice Management, as well as an Associate’s Degree of Fine Arts in Culinary Arts. Having spent over 20+ years working within the Hospitality sector, she has gained a variety of experiences and knowledge along the way. Currently, Meagan enjoys working with clients and learning new industries and has recently earned her SHRM-CP certification.

When not supporting clients, Meagan has a team of her own! As a mother of three boys, she enjoys all things “Cleveland” sports related. Meagan lives in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood of Cleveland and enjoys backyard BBQ’s, all things Cleveland Sports, and of course, Lake Erie!
