Recently retired from the “corporate world,” Tina is a senior consultant at Your Partner in HR and is a high-achieving Human Resources partner with broad experience and ability to drive change to improve organizational and individual performance.

Tina is a well-versed HR practitioner, who has worked in diverse environments, from multi-national corporations to smaller nonprofits, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and development of high-performance work cultures, to name a few. In her recent role as Director, Employee Relations, she actively partnered with supervisors, senior management, and team members to take HR Services to a higher level and increase engagement, retention, and profitability. Tina holds several certifications, including: SHRM-Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), Global Career Development Facilitator (GDCF) from the Center for Creative Leadership, Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) from Resume Spice, Six Sigma Trainer Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute, and OSHA-60 Certification.

Tina earned her undergraduate degree from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications. To further her studies, Tina earned her MBA from Baldwin Wallace University in Business Administration and Management to enhance her HR value.

She believes strongly in ongoing personal and professional development and voluntarily serves as a career growth/transition and personal development consultant various individuals. This led to her co-founding a local job seekers group at her parish in North Royalton. Tina continues to have an active HR network and participates in several initiatives through both Cleveland and National SHRM.

A native Clevelander, Tina devotes much of her free time to volunteering and occasionally serving as a Cleveland Tour Guide for Great Days Tour Company. Her passion for HR is only superseded by her passion for her family!
